You'll leave with detailed aftercare guidance. Your first visit will typically take 45–60 minutes, with follow-up sessions much quicker as your plan is already in place.

Initial results are visible within 3–5 days, with full effects at 10–14 days. Results typically last up to 6 months, varying with individual lifestyle and metabolism.
